What's the best way to store usb flash drives that are used in a computer lab?

Does anyone know of a good way to store usb flash drives that are used in a middle school computer lab? I have 25 kids in my computer lab and want a secure way to store usb flash drives? I'd prefer a way to file them rather than having them be all thrown into one box. I've looked online, but haven't come across a storage system.

1. They make cases for them. They sell them for like 20 bucks in the electronic section at walmart. They have slots where you can put individual drives , and you can store them and lock them in your desk when you are gone.
